Payment

For non account holders we can accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Maestro Solo and Visa Electron. Payments can be made over the telephone at the time of booking or via a secure online transaction.

Telephone payments are processed by Barclaycard Business, through the Protx payment gateway. Both organisations adhere to the latest security guidelines for credit card processing . Clients’ credit card details are not stored by us in any form but are retained on Protx’s secure servers.

We take the security of our clients’ credit card details very seriously and we’re proud to have passed the recently introduced Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard assessment at the first attempt and with no changes to our existing security procedures.

Secure online payments can be made either by credit/debit card, by Paypal account or through Google Checkout. Online card payments are processed by Paypal but a Paypal account is not required.

Whether you choose to pay over the telephone or online you will receive a detailed VAT receipt by email on the day that your delivery is completed – and we’re always more than happy to resend any receipts straight away should the need arise.
